Business Development Manager

Novocomms Limited (“NVC”) –Birmingham 

Novocomms Ltd (“NVC”) is looking for a Business Development Manager/Director (Ref: 2024BDM01) who will play a crucial role in expanding our reach within the European and International markets, particularly in the satellite, mobile, and other wireless sectors. This role requires a proactive approach to not only develop relationships with engineering teams and technology offices globally but also to forge strategic partnerships that align with our business goals. The ideal candidate will be tasked with understanding and anticipating technological trends to effectively match NVC’s capabilities with both existing customer needs and potential collaborative opportunities. With a background in engineering and high-tech sales, particularly in RF technology, the candidate should thrive in technical discussions and enjoy the dynamic nature of a high-tech sales environment. Reporting to the CEO, who will provide strategic guidance and support, this role offers a chance to join a compact, dedicated team of engineers and technologists at a pivotal time in our growth. The salary package will be based on the candidate's experience but will be a very generous combination of base salary, bonus/commission and stock options (up to £120k per annum as the package depends on experience). 


NVC has its current R&D headquarters in Birmingham.

Experience: at least 5 years of sales in a high-tech or consultancy environment.
